Not much happening, but I figured its time to give an update and superbowl is a good topic especially since we got some photo of little Linus.
The picture to the left is Max (who was at our wedding as a groomsmen) and his son Linus, who is about 9 1/2 months old. And below we have the whole family with mom Rosa as well. Linus can almost stand on his own! Seeing Linus was probably the most exciting part of the day for Sandy :)
Anyways, the game itself was a pretty good one and I'm certainly glad to be able to watch it with some friends over at George's. He and Elaine were great hosts and provided lots of food and drinks as will as some superbowl games (superbowl squares and superbowl picks games) for all to play along in case it was a bad game, but turns out the game itself provided all the excitement needed. Well, at least the 4th quarter as I presonally would have liked to see a higher scoring game, but you can't really ask for anything more than a competitive game and that's what we got so I was happy.
There was a downer to the day though.. Sandy's pregnancy related symptoms appear to be increasing and she actually threw up.. Not in front of everyone fortunately but in the bathroom so she didn't make a mess nor reveal our secret. These nausea seem to come and go, and she ususally feels better shortly afterwards, but hopefully they'll go away entirely in a few weeks as she moves into her 2nd trimester. Oh yeah, it was also a bit awkward not being able to tell people about it in a social setting, but that'll change soon too :)
