We got a potty seat for Melissa, and she tried it for the first time a couple days ago. Melissa is a big girl now, and hopefully soon she will know how to pee and poop in the big toilet!

Does she have her own small potty?
It looks too high for her to feel comfortable to pee or poop.
Melissa is growing so fast.
No, we haven't bought the small potty for Melissa. We talked to friends and teachers, and most of them said just train the kids using the big potty seat on top of our toilet because it's more sanitary. Also, you don't have to train them again to use the real toilet. When I visited the preschools, I don't see any small potty seat in the bathroom so hopefully Melissa can learn how to pee and poop in the big toilet, or she will have to adjust again when she goes to preschool.
Oh, that's why people say that grandparents are worried too much.
We are afraid that she will climb by herself and may be it's not so safety. In our time, everyone use small potty. Glad that Sandy gives me the answer.
